Es gibt dort eine SOTA Referenz, die ist aber nicht der h\u00f6chste Punkt und schwierig zu aktivieren; denn es handelt sich um ein privates Naturschutzgebiet mit deftigen Warnungen am Gate, das Gel\u00e4nde bloss nicht zu betreten.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-4572\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adventureradio.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/gb.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"13\" \/>The <a title=\"Magaliesberg\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Magaliesberg\" target=\"_blank\">Magaliesberg<\/a> is a mountain range west of Pretoria in the provinces of North West and Gauteng. Ein sympathischer junger Mann, wie er bei Daktari mitspielen k\u00f6nnte. Buschhut mit Zebrahutband, am G\u00fcrtel eine Pistole tragend, hat er sich geduldig aber interessiert erkl\u00e4ren lassen, was Amateurfunk ist und was wir am Berg vorh\u00e4tten. Nachdem dann jeder 150 Rand (ca. 11,50\u20ac) &#8222;abgedr\u00fcckt&#8220; hat, durften wir also los.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Immer wieder kreuzen Paviane unseren Weg und nach etlichen &#8222;Gates&#8220; Mit 5w sind dort 4 QSOs kein Problem und so hatte Andries schnell sein Log voll.<\/p>\n<p>Eddie und ich haben abwechselnd auf 10m gefunkt. Als erstes war wieder Uli, DM5EE mit S9+ im Log. Dann<\/p>\n<p>meldete sich noch OM Abraham mit dem exotischen Rufzeichen 9Q5\/HJ1NGE aus dem Kongo. Noch ein paar QSO und ich hatte den Berg qualifiziert und habe mich dann zu Eddie und Andries gesellt um zu sehen, wie sie den Funkverkehr abwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Eddie war ganz begeistert, wieviele Stationen anriefen. Etliche bekannte Chaser-Rufzeichen aus der GMA Gemeinde haben ihn angerufen und sind im Log gelandet.
