My last activation in 2011 was on the danish SOTA summit OZ\/OZ-006 Agri Bavneh\u00f8j<\/a> near Aarhus. In the morning I left our cottage near Grenaa for the 30km trip. It was very cold, -5\u00b0C. From the parking lot at the Agri Bavneh\u00f8j Vej a path leads to the summit. It is not far and it is not steep. So I took the PA to transmit with more power.<\/p>\n

During the activation I had some problems with the battery. Perhaps the contacts are corroded or it were temperature problems.<\/p>\n

I have to check that for the 2012 SOTA season or alternatively I will change the power supply to LiPos.<\/p>\n
